    Have you heard exercise is important for everybody, especially for older adults, but don't know where to begin?  No matter what your age, or your current physical condition is you will benefit from exercise!

    The goal of my unique FUNCTIONAL fitness program is to improve your ability to perform daily activities - walking, bending, lifting, climbing stairs, and carrying groceries - without pain, injury or discomfort.

    -    I will bring everything you need to get started. 
    Visits are arranged to fit your schedule in the comfort of your home.

    We will begin with a comprehensive evaluation.  This includes medical history, along with a short functional fitness assessment.  Whether you want to improve your strength, stamina, balance or post-surgery condition, I will work with you to formulate the right program for your needs!  I will concentrate on YOUR individual needs.  I will provide the motivation and inspiration you will need to reach and maintain your personal fitness goals.

    And last but not least.... WE WILL HAVE FUN!
