    Studies show that people looking to improve their fitness and health achieve significantly greater results when using a fitness professional.  As a Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist I will guide you, motivate you, and educate you.  I will provide accountability and discipline.  I will also make sure that you do not injure yourself when exercising.  It is important to note that there is a right way, and a wrong way to exercise.  Don't risk hurting your me.

    I will increase the benefits of exercise through a multi-disciplinary approach. 
My program offers the following:

Fitness Assessment

    An important part of any responsible training programs, a fitness assessment objectively measures your current level of physical fitness.  Without it, improvement cannot be accurately measured.  My fitness evaluation incorporates many different methods to achieve accurate results.

We will measure:

  • Endurance
  • Muscle strength
  • Balance
  • Flexibility
  • Agility


Cardio exercises - such as walking, swimming, working in the yard - are very good for improving heart health.  I will help you to gradually build up your endurance by choosing the right activity at the right intensity.  

Strength Training

I will guide you through a program that will develop strength and increase endurance. I ensure that workouts don't get repetitive or boring.  I will work with you to achieve maximum results.  We will combine weights, rubber bands, and kettlebells to give you optimal results.

Balance Training

We will build stronger core and leg muscles to prevent falls so you can stay independent and avoid complications that could result from falling.


Stretching exercises can give you more freedom of movement, which will allow you to be more active in your every day life.

Tracking Results

An important part of the process is tracking results.  To maximize your progress, we need to continuously monitor and adjust your program, so that you are getting what you need to achieve your goals.
